Are the initial intake calls (interview) free?

Yes! All interviews related to inquires about our services are free; however, if you do not show up to the scheduled call or are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be charged a $50 service cancellation/No show fee. If the service cancellation fee is applied, you will not be able to reschedule with our office until after 90 days. We take our time and business seriously to help you achieve the best results you deserve.

Is your office certified to work for nonprofits or small businesses?

There are no industry-required certifications for nonprofit consulting. Our Experts with Releford Consulting Solutions, Inc (RCS) does have formal certifications (and/or professional degrees/training) in grant writing, board development, project management, marketing, and over 25 years of combined experience to assess and meet your return of investment. For RCS, it is more about working with you to establish profitable and data-driven systems to ensure success, so you can make a social impact for your community.

My nonprofit/business does not have the money to hire you. Can you work pro bono as an in-kind donation?

No! Our services are not free as RCS have specific skills that benefit your nonprofit/for-profit business. The prices above are based on our staff's time, expertise, and attention to detail. We work with our clients collaboratively to ensure the best results. Pro Bono work is solely committed to the personal philanthropic endeavors that are established by RCS. If you cannot afford the services, please note that services cannot be paid out of "guarantee" for funding. No grant or funding source is guaranteed and is 100% unethical.
